Who are you?

I am a writer and producer. You may have watched one of the TV shows I’ve written for: Swarm, The Other Black Girl, She-Hulk, In the Dark, and Grown-ish. You might have read my work at Jezebel where I was a senior writer or as a contributor to Glamour, The Fader, Time Magazine, The Cut, and Nylon. It's also possible you listened to me on the Crooked Media pop culture podcast Keep It. I assume you're here because you're familiar with me and my work on some level. If you don't know me, enjoy the increasingly rare phenomenon of not knowing more about a complete stranger than you probably should.

This newsletter will be published every Friday. We're going to keep things loose, so it's going to vary. But you can expect me to share things that I like, things that I hate, things I can't stop thinking about, things that I drink, buy, wear, apply to my face, watch, listen to, read, and places I like to visit. (Certain products will sometimes be shared via affiliate links where I may earn a commission.)
